Welcome! I am so glad you're taking the steps to reach out for help and work on yourself. I have been passionate about mental health from a young age. Having graduated with my Master's in Counseling Psychology, I am thrilled to open up my space to help you find connection, support, and empowerment.
I utilize a mix of therapeutic modalities, tailored to best fit you and your needs: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strengths-based approaches. Together, we'll develop goals that work for you and help you live out your values.
